No maintenance of property , broken tiles, stinking bathroom, get ready for mosquito bites face in the morning, torn bed sheets and linens, scrap indoor games with all broken articles, broken ac , pathetic access road, overall very poor

Very poorly maintained property! The maintenance of the property is very bad, the staff is not at all professional and the overall cleanliness of the property is terrible. The one and only decent part of this property is the view from the balcony. Apart from it there is nothing good about the hotel. The breakfast is pathetic, and the quality of food is very very average. You can see dirt everywhere in the premises, you might even see cockroaches. Overall I won't recommend this hotel to anyone unless they refurbish the property a bit, maintain proper cleanliness and employ some professional staff.

Our stay was not as what we expected 1. Food was above average 2. Location - it is little difficult to reach property since you have one small road .. so at time only one car can pass. 3. Facilities- poorly maintain, spa person come on demand to spa..room was smelling of urine..it was unpleasant..not a regular spa they have on demand spa.. 4. Last but not the list- hygiene was an issue.. rooms have stains on the floor , property areas not clean on regular basis, they are severely under staff or their staff is not trained in hospitality industry.. lot of fixture in room broken . Our intercom was not working..and so on.. the price which we paid was very costly as compared to service.. over all 2 stars would suffice..

Valley view from room was literally amazing. Considering the affordable price, this hotel delivered excellent value. We enjoyed free breakfast, and access to the play area and pool with breathtaking view, and even got a complimentary late checkout. Worth every penny!

The food the amenity service e everything was good, the only thing we face was in the room with attach toilet it has a huge step to climb, as i was traveling with senior citizen it was really difficult for them to use the washroom.
